ORPAON COMPRESSOR LAB

EMC TEST SUPPORT · OPERATING LOAD

Maintain compressor operating conditions during EMC evaluation

The bench supplies the mechanical and refrigerant load required to operate the DUT while the laboratory's EMC instrumentation performs the emission or immunity measurements.

Electric Compressor · EMC Support

A load system designed around the chamber setup

The compressor operates under controlled speed and refrigerant conditions while the load unit remains in the agreed equipment area. Hose routing, chamber feedthroughs, remote connections and sensor placement are adapted to the installation. The scope is operating-load simulation; EMC verdicts remain with the laboratory's measurement system.

Operating support for EMC laboratory procedures

01

Stable operating points

Maintain agreed compressor speed, suction and discharge conditions during the measurement sequence.

02

Remote monitoring

Synchronized local and remote values support observation without unnecessary access to the test area.

03

Emission and immunity setups

Provide repeatable DUT operation for conducted or radiated test configurations defined by the laboratory.

04

Event and alarm recording

Record operating-state changes, limit alarms and measurement channels for later review.

Interfaces arranged for the installation

Compact load unit

Condenser, evaporator, receiver and expansion components integrated into a movable bench where required.

Chamber feedthroughs

Hose length, routing and non-metallic feedthrough requirements designed against the chamber interface.

Remote control and data

USB or Ethernet connections, remote display and synchronized recording according to the system architecture.

Safety and service access

Pressure and temperature limits, emergency stop, and removable sensor or acquisition assemblies for service.

Final ranges, accuracy and interfaces are confirmed in the project technical agreement.

Control & Data Software

Remote visibility without separating the test record

Local and remote screens share live values, status and alarms. Historical playback and exports document the operating conditions applied during each laboratory run.
